高架橋折彎聲屏障技術(shù)要求
在高架上夜間充分的考慮司機(jī)和居民提供一個開闊的視野環(huán)境，以及公路的成本、降噪、 美觀效果等方面的問題，選用彎曲型聲屏障。聲屏障在橋梁高速公路段設(shè)在防撞 護(hù)欄外側(cè)，聲屏障在路基段設(shè)在路肩處，其中通道涵位置現(xiàn)狀為波形護(hù)欄的，需 將波形護(hù)欄改造為墻式防撞護(hù)欄后，再設(shè)置聲屏障。沿線涉及路段共有 20 處標(biāo) 志牌，標(biāo)志牌位置采用繞行布設(shè)聲屏障。
1）新建高架橋聲屏障 吸聲系數(shù)≥0.75，隔聲板平均隔聲量(材料實驗室結(jié)果)≥30db。
2）高架橋聲屏障更換降噪性能：吸聲系數(shù)≥0.75，吸聲屏多孔板的開孔率 13%，平 均隔聲量為≥30db。
3）吸聲板內(nèi)的填充材料采用 48kg/m3 離心玻璃棉，允許容量誤差應(yīng)不超過 ±5%，含雜質(zhì)量不大于 3%，防潮、抗腐蝕。
4）高架橋直弧式聲屏障吸聲板面板采用 1mm 厚穿孔鋁合金，板材開孔率不小于 20%，吸聲板背板采用 1.2mm 鍍鋅鋼板。 3）吸聲填料外包杜邦 PET 薄膜包裝，包裝時應(yīng)全封閉，防止透氣、透水。
5）鋼立柱采用 Q235 H 型鋼，表面防腐處理。其它附件應(yīng)熱鍍鋅處理，厚 度≥86 微米。
6）高架橋透明型隔聲窗：框架由經(jīng)過氧化處理的鋁合金制作，具有重量輕、強(qiáng)度高、不腐蝕、美觀等特點。隔音板采用夾膠玻璃，具有較強(qiáng)的安全性能和良好的 透明性及自重輕的特點。
7）高架橋聲屏障的立柱與座板焊接，焊接點與表面抗腐蝕采用底漆兩遍，面漆兩 遍。立柱采用防腐處理，鋼構(gòu)件 15 年以上的防腐要求。
8）高架橋吸聲型聲屏障在高濕度或雨水環(huán)境中其吸聲性能不受影響。 8）吸聲型聲屏障應(yīng)考慮揚塵、沙風(fēng)暴不影響其吸聲性能。
9）高架橋聲屏障應(yīng)采用不易老化的材料，以提高產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。
10）高架橋聲屏障吸音板與 H 型鋼立柱之間設(shè) EVA 海棉橡膠條，用以減震和密封。
11）高架橋聲屏障生產(chǎn)加工時應(yīng)現(xiàn)場核實預(yù)埋件及立柱間距實際尺寸后方可加工安 裝?，F(xiàn)場設(shè)置預(yù)埋件必須按 2000mm 間隙預(yù)埋，誤差±5mm。
12）高架橋聲屏障安裝時應(yīng)根據(jù)伸縮縫實際寬度設(shè)置聲屏障，并采取安全措施。
13）本設(shè)計中聲屏障（H 型鋼立柱）屏體的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度均要滿足 1500N/m2均 布荷載，最大撓度<L/600。
14）高架橋聲屏障構(gòu)件應(yīng)現(xiàn)場隨機(jī)抽樣檢查，檢查項目：構(gòu)件表面有無破損；吸音 棉外包裝有無破 損；吸聲板開孔率；吸音材料填實；吸音板正面板、背面板、 側(cè)板材料材質(zhì)情況等。
15）高架橋聲屏障屏體的正常使用年限不應(yīng)小于 15 年，鋼立柱的正常使用年限不 宜小于 30 年。
